Overview

Feargus has a thriving practice in civil law, public and private children law and matrimonial finance.

Feargus joined Chambers in 2021 having spent 13 years as a successful ballet dancer with the Birmingham Royal Ballet. During pupillage he was trained by Timothy Bowe KC, William Douglas-Jones and (now) His Honour James Picken.

He has a strong reputation as a persuasive advocate whose frank and approachable style is well liked by solicitors and clients. Feargus adopts a forensic approach to legal issues and factual disputes and brings his active and tactical analysis to bear at all stages of proceedings. His authoritative, calm and client centred focus belies his years of call.

Feargus is experienced in representing vulnerable clients in complex matters and is adroit at explaining difficult and sensitive matters to tribunals and clients alike. His overall approach to cases is highly prized at the junior Bar.
