Scholarships
- Inner Temple Exhibition Scholarship for both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Professional Training Course.
Chambers and its members are regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Feargus welcomes instructions on behalf of both parents as well as children (through their rule 16.4 guardian) and has appeared at all stages of private children proceedings including directions, fact-finding hearings, final hearings and enforcement applications.
His experience includes matters involving allegations of sexual, emotional and physical abuse as well as parental alienation.
Feargus has a pragmatic, honest and approachable style which focuses on the client’s priorities. He adopts an active, tactical approach to decision making at all stages to ensure the best outcome for the client at the conclusion of proceedings.
