Scholarships
- Inner Temple Exhibition Scholarship for both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Bar Professional Training Course.
Chambers and its members are regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Feargus is experienced in representing local authorities, parents and children at all stages of public children proceedings, including interim hearings, fact-finding hearings, welfare hearings and applications concerning disclosure.
Feargus has a pragmatic, honest and approachable style which focuses on the client’s priorities. He adopts an active, tactical approach to decision making at all stages of proceedings and has a reputation as an effective advocate.
He recently represented a client who was successful in securing the return of four children to their care at the conclusion of the proceedings.
