Overview
Emma accepts instructions in all of Chambers’ areas of practice. Emma has experienced a wide variety of civil claims in both business and property, and social housing, acting for local authorities, housing associations, tenants and private companies and landlords.
Emma has experience acting in all areas of family law, including case management hearings, financial dispute resolution appointments, and contested final hearings.
Emma is a level 1 prosecutor and has experience defending clients in a range of matters. Emma is a robust advocate who is not afraid to fight her client’s corner.
Emma takes a creative and analytical approach to cases, always ensuring she is well-prepared. She has an ability to put clients at ease quickly and is a reassuring presence both inside and outside of court.
Emma has a First-Class degree in Business Management as well as the Graduate Diploma in Law (outstanding) that led her to her Bar Course Training.
