Emma completed a business degree before converting to Law and pursuing her career at the Bar. This exposure to the reality of business gives her a good grounding in the commercial reality for business clients. Emma has experience in making applications in commercial cases such as successfully setting aside Judgment made in Default against her client and successfully opposing applications to set aside Judgment obtained by her client in debt claim proceedings.
Emma has represented private Landlord and tenants in both commercial and residential possession proceedings and application hearings. She also has experience in in TOLATA matters.
