Emma regularly represents Landlords, Local Authorities and registered providers of Social Housing in a wide variety of disputes.
This includes possession proceedings, injunctions, committals, disposal hearings and disrepair. Emma also regularly advises on disrepair matters including drafting 6.3 response letters and Defences. Emma is also available to provide drafting services in the other aforementioned areas.
