Cases
R v OC
Emma represented a Defendant acquitted of Possession with intent to supply 0.5 kilograms of cannabis.
R v SB
Successful application to vacate plea, entered when the client was represented by another, in a complex matter.
R v CP
Emma represented a Defendant for offences of dangerous driving and numerous other driving offences. A custodial sentence was avoided, and a suspended sentence imposed following Emma’s tactical decision to call a live character witness.
