Tom Harrill awarded Barrister of the Year 2023 at the Worcestershire Law Society Legal Awards

Tom is a specialist family law barrister of 10 years’ call. He represents local authorities, parents, children, and other interested parties in public and private family law proceedings. He has a busy practice and is known for his pragmatic, tactical approach, and keen attention to detail in even the most factually complex cases. Tom has recently been instructed in cases involving death and serious non-accidental injury to children (including multiple fractures and brain injury), trafficking and modern-day slavery, international child abduction, and issues under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008.
