Overview

Tom Harrill has a multi-disciplinary practice, specialising in Family law and Housing law alongside Personal Injury and Court of Protection work. He is known for his pragmatic, tactical approach and keen attention to detail in even the most factually complex cases.

Tom has a strong family practice and is regularly instructed to represent parents, local authorities, children, and interveners in public and private proceedings at all stages in proceedings.

Tom has a busy civil practice and frequently accepts instructions in claims on the fast-track and multi-track. He regularly acts on behalf of protected parties via the Official Solicitor and is adept in dealing with all aspects of housing law. He welcomes instructions in court of protection work commensurate with his experience and level of call.
