Tom Harrill – Griffiths v Kniveton
Tom Harrill of St Ives Chambers acted for the subject child at the final welfare hearing of Griffiths v Kniveton.
Following findings of serious domestic abuse, including rape, Lieven J made an order for indirect contact only, a change of surname without removing the father’s name, and a s91(14) order for three years.
