Neil Burridge will be the guest speaker at the Annual Property Conference – he will present ‘Diminution Valuations – Dispelling the Myths’
We are delighted to announce that the guest speaker at the Annual Property Conference will be Neil Burridge, Associate Director of Raeburn Consulting.
His presentation – ‘Diminution Valuations – Dispelling the Myths’ – will focus on his views on common mistakes made by valuers when producing diminution valuation reports along with worked examples.
Neil is an Associate Director of Raeburn Consulting and Radius Consulting, with offices in the Midlands and Scotland. He is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in both professional (rent review, lease renewal and valuation) and agency (acquisition and disposal) transacting of commercial (retail, office and industrial) properties throughout the entirety of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Neil is also a Director of RAM Asset Management, managing commercial premises on a nationwide basis.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property and Planning Development from Nottingham Trent University. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an RICS Registered Valuer.
Neil specialises in providing Diminution Valuations arising under Section 18 (1) of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1927 on a range of commercial premises across the UK. He is regularly instructed to provide Expert Valuation Reports for both Diminution cases and Section 34 Rental (Lease Renewal). Neil recently represented the former Tenant in the case Waynes Food v Criterion
