Sarah Fahy is a Barrister specialising in Family law, Housing and Personal Injury.

Sarah is a specialist family law practitioner with a diverse public and private law practice.

She regularly appears at all stages of both public and private law proceedings at all levels within the Family Court. Sarah’s tutelage in family law was under Jeremy Weston QC and as a result, Sarah has a passion for representing particularly vulnerable parties within proceedings.  Sarah is also known for her ability to relate to her clients whilst always getting swiftly to the crux of the issue in any case.

She also has an established housing law practice and is known for her thorough preparation and fast turnaround time with paperwork.

Sarah also undertakes personal injury work and again is known for her thorough written work, preparation and efficiency.
