Private Law Children

In private law matters, Sarah regularly deals with the most contentious cases at all stages of proceedings. She is an established advocate in cases involving internal and external relocation issues, domestic violence, changes of surname, parental alienation, committal proceedings and particularly vulnerable clients.  She has considerable expertise in cases which have a protracted history or have reached a stalemate where finding a new approach is crucial. Sarah also is known for her clarity of thought and her confidence in her approach to each case.

Sarah is able to provide written advice on all areas of family law and has a particular interest in matters relating to the duties of a local authority to pay monies to carers of children in various circumstances.
