Legal Update: Housing Allocation Schemes – Indirect Discrimination

In an important decision for local housing authorities, the Court of Appeal has recently ruled that Hillingdon LBC’s Allocation Policy was unlawful on the grounds that it indirectly discriminated against certain protected groups.  In this article, Michelle Caney reviews two cases:
