Morgan Pirone is a specialist criminal barrister with a Crown Court practice which exceeds his year of call.

Morgan is instructed to both prosecute and defend in the full range of criminal matters.

Morgan prides himself on his client-centred approach, delivering clear focused advice coupled with an ability to fearlessly fight for his clients’ interests.

Drawing upon his previous experience as an Appropriate Adult in police custody, Morgan is particularly experienced in representing vulnerable clients with a range of complex needs and vulnerabilities.

As a led junior, Morgan has experience of dealing with the most sensitive of matters including cases involving fatalities.

Morgan has a meticulous eye for detail coupled with a plain-speaking and persuasive style of advocacy which resonates with both judges and juries.

Instructed to defend in a conspiracy involving the theft of over one-million-pound worth of vehicles

Operation Toxic [ongoing]

Instructed to defend in a multi-handed conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, in the Crown Court at Liverpool.

Operation Draceana [2023] – Led junior in a trial involving multiple historic allegations of interfamilial abuse.

R v DP [2023]

Defended a client charged with being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control which caused injury resulting in death.

R v JG [2023]

Defended in a trial of the act involving multiple counts of sexual assault.

R v CN [2023]

Defended in a trial in absence for production of cannabis, involving a defence under Section 45 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

R v JD [2022]

Led junior prosecuting a death by dangerous driving.

R v SJ [2022]

Conditional discharge for assault of an emergency worker and racially aggravated harassment.

R v AT [2022]

Conditional discharge for production of a class B drug and possession of an offensive weapon.
