Overview

Milly has a personable and pragmatic approach with clients and is always thoroughly prepared when turning up to court to fight her clients’ cases. Milly strives to provide robust and valuable advice to clients whilst ensuring that they are listened to.

In her civil practice, Milly is frequently instructed in cases relating to possession claims, injunctions and disrepair.

In her family practice, Milly often represents clients in both private and public children matters, including final hearings.

Milly is also a level 1 prosecutor and regularly appears in the Crown Court to prosecute and defend in a range of different cases.

Milly takes instructions across all of Chambers’ core practice areas: family, civil and crime.

Education

Graduated in 2020 with a first class Law degree from the University of Kent

Obtained an Outstanding in the BPC and a distinction in the LLM in 2022 (Pro-bono and critical reflection report route) – The University of Law Birmingham
