Kirstie accepts instructions on behalf of local authorities, parents and primary carers -, grandparents, guardians acting for children and third-party intervenors. Kirstie has extensive experience of matters involving:

  • Serious physical
  • Psychological and or sexual harm
  • Historic neglect
  • Matters vulnerable clients
  • Cross examination of sensitive witnesses, with or without the assistance of the Official Solicitor

Kirstie has experience of cases involving international elements including inter jurisdiction adoption orders. Kirstie has acted for and advised clients on claims arising under the Human Rights Act and for potential applications for Judicial Review. Kirstie is known for her thorough approach and dedication ensuring that her client’s case is put effectively.
