Overview
Emily originally studied Psychology, obtaining a First-Class degree, and converted to Law with a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law before she began the Bar Practice Course (BPC). Whilst studying for the BPC she volunteered at the Pro Bono Clinic at the University of Law and assisted clients with family law cases, benefits tribunals and worked on legal advice hotlines.
