Bethany accepts instructions in private law proceedings acting for both parents and children (through their rule 16.4 Guardian).
Bethany is well equipped at dealing with directions hearings, final hearings and fact-finding hearings.
Bethany has experience in cases involving allegations of parental alienation, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and physical abuse against children.
Bethany prides herself on her robust but approachable manner and her ability to put the most vulnerable clients at ease. Bethany has also undertaken the Family Law Bar Association’s vulnerable witness training.
