As part of her practice, Bethany accepts instructions in a range of business and property matters including possession claims, landlord and tenant disputes, and claims under the Trust of Land and Appointments of Trustees Act 1996.
Bethany seeks to work collaboratively from an early stage by providing advice and drafting statements of case.
