Overview
Alyssa joins chambers after successfully completing her pupillage and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ expertise.
Alyssa is known for her friendly and approachable manner with clients, and for always being thoroughly prepared in order to robustly represent the client.
Alyssa provides representation in a range of civil claims both business and property along with social housing. She is frequently instructed in cases relating to disrepair, anti-social behaviour, and possession claims.
As for family law matters, Alyssa often deals with case management hearings and contested final hearings in both public and private children and is regularly instructed to deal with financial dispute resolution appointments and final hearings in financial remedy proceedings.
Alyssa is also a level 1 prosecutor and is often prosecuting and defending in a range of different cases, regularly appearing in the Crown Court.
Prior to pupillage, Alyssa volunteered with the University of Law Legal Advice Centre and helped provide written advice to clients dealing with private family law disputes.
