As well as providing general procedural tips, we will also be considering when and how to use injunctions and the under-appreciated IPO.

By the end of the session, attendees will have hopefully developed their skills in the following areas:

– Procedural expertise in trespass possession cases;
– Legal knowledge about injunctions and other remedies;
– Practical knowledge about the best ways to limit the costs and time for achieving the client’s goals.
