Housing

Zara has a busy and broad housing practice, representing housing providers, landlords and tenants at all stages of proceedings.

Zara is skilled and confident advocate who is commended for her meticulous attention to detail and analytical approach. She is well known for her approachable manner and her ability to build a positive rapport with both solicitors and clients.

Zara is well equipped at dealing with a range of housing matters, including:

  • Possession
  • Injunctions
  • Anti-social behaviour and nuisance
  • Contempt and committal
  • Disrepair

Zara is also regularly instructed to draft statements of case and advices in housing proceedings, particularly in respect of possession and injunction claims. Zara is, therefore, keen to assist her clients from an early stage in proceedings.

Zara accepts instructions in all housing matters and is actively seeking to grow her practice within this field.
