Tracy practises in public law and private law Children Act applications. She is experienced in all aspects of proceedings in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. She has also been led in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
She represents local authorities, children’s guardians, parents (including adults acting under a disability) and children. Her cases have involved serious non-accidental injury, shaken baby syndrome, death of children, sexual abuse and chronic neglect. Her particular strength is in fact finding hearings.
