Tom Lawal is an experienced and highly regarded private children and housing law Barrister. Tom is known for the passionate, tenacious, thorough and tactically astute approach he adopts to every set of instructions. Tom has over 10 years of experience dealing with complex and wide-ranging issues arising out of his specialist areas.

Passionate and committed, Tom is often counsel of choice for the vast majority of his professional clients.

Tom is a specialist and experienced private law practitioner. His practice focuses exclusively on representing parents, children (via 16.4 Guardians) and grandparents in complex, highly contentious and sensitive private law children matters.

Tom has extensive experience in a wide range of housing matters and is regularly instructed to attend multi-day trials, committal hearings, injunctions and possession proceedings, in addition to drafting pleadings and advice on complex legal and factual matters.
