
Thomas Duggan
Chambers and its members are regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Thomas prosecutes and defends, accepting instructions in a full range of criminal matters both in the Crown and the Magistrates’ Court.
Thomas is a grade 1 prosecution advocate.
Thomas is eligible to appear in the Youth Court. He was recently instructed to defend at trial a 15-year-old child charged with two counts of armed robbery. He is regularly instructed to appear for the defence at PTPH and sentencing hearings. He is a robust and confident advocate committed to providing exceptional client care.
During his pupillage, Thomas assisted senior and junior counsel with extensive legal research in preparation for an appeal to the Court of Appeal in a reported Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 matter.
