Terri Mason

Terri Mason has over fourteen years experience practising as a Children Law Solicitor specialising in both Public and Private Law and became a member of the Law Society Children Accreditations Scheme (also known as Children’s Panel) in 2012. She has represented a number of competent children directly as a solicitor and has an excellent approach with vulnerable children.

Terri has represented Children via their Children’s Guardian in Private Law proceedings involving Child Arrangements Orders, specific issue, prohibited steps and special guardianship orders and also has experience dealing with relocation cases.

She has also dealt with adoption cases and has represented both parents or the children in applications for leave to oppose adoption.
