Chambers and its members are regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Overview
Teresa practices mainly in public law care proceedings, representing parents, children and local authorities. She has a special interest in representing parents with learning disabilities. Teresa spent a number of years working as an in-house childcare lawyer in a local authority prior to joining Chambers. As a result she has good insight into local authority thinking and practices. This can be brought to bear effectively both when representing parents and when representing children.
