Regulatory

Lucinda is instructed in a range of offences with a regulatory nature, including trading standards, proceeds of crime and consumer protection. She recently represented the police on a number of occasions in relation to public interest immunity and HMRC for cash forfeiture

Lucinda delivers clear pragmatic advice, detailed preparation and an organised approach. She is keen to expand her Regulatory practice and accepts instructions in all areas commensurate to her call.

Further Information

Prior to Pupillage, Lucinda worked in theatre and film which experience instilled in her the ability to captivate an audience, paint a picture and tell a story with credibility – all things which are essential for a trial advocate.
