Personal Injury

Lucinda regularly appears for both the claimant and the defendant in a variety of small claims hearings including road traffic accidents, personal injury claims and credit hire. She is well versed in the complex case law surrounding credit hire and accepts instructions in all areas.

Lucinda has appeared at a variety of interim hearings including applications to strike out and applications for relief from sanctions. Lucinda has appeared in small claims for payment of outstanding service charges and breach of contract. Lucinda continues to accept instructions in all areas commensurate to her call.

Prior to Pupillage, Lucinda worked in theatre and film which experience instilled in her the ability to captivate an audience, paint a picture and tell a story with credibility – all things which are essential for a trial advocate.
