Criminal

Lucinda is regularly instructed in a variety of criminal proceedings including defence and prosecution work in the Crown, Magistrates and Youth Courts. Lucinda has defended in cases of robbery, fraud, sexual offences, assault, dangerous dogs, and other areas. Lucinda is quickly building a reputation as being an enthusiastic and engaging advocate who’s passion, persuasiveness and client care enables her to quickly develop a rapport with her clients and secure a successful outcome in court.

In addition to her defence practice, Lucinda is building her prosecution practice both in the Magistrates and Crown Courts. She has prosecuted for the CPS, HMRC, Probation Service and private prosecutions.

Lucinda accepts instructions in all criminal matters and is actively seeking to grow her criminal practice.

Further Information

Prior to Pupillage, Lucinda worked in theatre and film which experience instilled in her the ability to captivate an audience, paint a picture and tell a story with credibility – all things which are essential for a trial advocate.
