Overview
Katie joins chambers following the completion of her pupillage and accepts instructions in criminal and civil law.
Katie is committed to providing a high level of client care and has developed a reputation for being meticulous in preparation and empathetic in approach. She is a persuasive and personable advocate whose composed style routinely secures favourable outcomes.
Katie is a Level 1 Prosecutor, appearing regularly in the Crown Court to both prosecute and defend.
Katie enjoys a range of civil work, providing representation in social housing matters, contentious probate, contractual breaches, debt-recovery, and business and property disputes.
Prior to joining Chambers, Katie held a successful in-house litigation management practice. She also volunteered with the West Midlands Anti-Slavery Network, sat on the British Transport Police review panel, and led a legal relief mission in Panama.
