Justine Lattimer specialises in child protection. She is highly experienced in serious and complex cases such as those involving sexual abuse, serious physical injury or factitious illness. Her experience in related crime during her first 15 years of practice provides her with valuable additional insight and expertise. She has a reputation for client care and in particular for her sensitive approach to clients with mental health difficulties or learning disabilities.

She has spoken at St Ives conferences and training events.

Court of Protection

Justine Lattimer has been part of the St Ives Court of Protection team since its inception and has experience at both county and high court levels in a range of cases including those involving DOL. She regularly acts for the Official Solicitor as well as for other parties including local authorities.
