Jeremy has extensive experience in protracted and complicated private law proceedings including:

  • Contact (including parental alienation and intractable contact disputes)
  • Allegations of physical, emotional and sexual abuse
  • Disputes over education, religion, medical procedures and changes of name
  • Child Abduction
  • International relocation
  • Human Rights
  • Surrogacy and Parental Order applications
  • Parenting disputes arising from same-sex relationships

Jeremy regularly lectures on all aspects of child law and is often invited as a speaker for Jordans.

Jeremy provided Court Work Skills training to 14 local authorities in 2011 as part of the West Midlands Social Work Retention Project (funded by the Government Office).
