Public Law Children

Holly is regularly instructed on behalf of local authorities, parents, children’s guardians and intervenors in public law proceedings. Holly has experience dealing with case management hearings, contested removals, urgent applications and multi-day hearings.

She has experience of cases involving:

  • Head injuries;
  • Fabricated or induced illness (FII);
  • Inflicted injuries;
  • Sexual abuse and inter-sibling sexual activity;
  • Forced marriage;
  • Child death.

Holly was recently led in the case of Birmingham City Council v M & Ors [2023] EWHC 3312 (Fam).
