Overview

The primary focus of Adem’s practice is family law, with an emphasis on private law children and financial remedy work. He has developed a specialist practice in respect of the law relating to surrogacy and assisted reproduction, and receives instructions from across the country to advise and represent clients in this area.

Adem has also developed a practice in the area of disciplinary proceedings in sport. His experience includes advising a professional footballer and his club in relation to appeal proceedings following the imposition of a 10 match ban for biting an opponent.

Adem is ranked as a leading junior in the Legal 500, being described as an advocate who is “expressive and passionate” in court. Adem was shortlisted for Regional Junior of the Year at the 2018 Legal 500 Awards.
