Acquittal in Murder Trial for Justin Jarmola

Justin Jarmola recently represented an individual during a four-week trial in the Crown Court at Birmingham, before Mr. Justice Nicol.

The individual was one of two accused, charged with murder and possession of a machete.

The case centred around a feud between two families in the Black Country which led to allegations of shootings, violence and kidnap, culminating in a fatal attack on 4th December 2018.

Upon the jury’s return last week, Justin’s client was acquitted of all charges faced. The co-defendant was sentenced on Friday to life imprisonment, with a minimum term of 27 years.
