Acquittal in Drugs Homicide Case for Justin Jarmola

Justin Jarmola recently represented an individual during an eight-week trial in the Crown Court at Birmingham, before Mr. Justice Baker.

The individual was one of six Defendants, initially charged with varying offences of Murder, Manslaughter and Conspiracy to Rob.

The case centred around the robbery of drugs from a property in the Black Country, which tragically resulted in a fatality. To read the news coverage from 2018, click here.

Upon the jury’s return earlier this week, Justin’s client was acquitted of all charges faced. The co-defendants were sentenced today, to terms of detention ranging from 6 years 6 months to life with a minimum term of 20 years. To read the recent news coverage, click here.
