Senior Clerk
Our clerking team is lead by the Senior Clerk
Craig Jeavons, who has been a clerk for over 20 years and with St Ive's since 1993. He has a wealth of experience that provides him with the excellent management skills needed to provide an excellent personal service to all our clients. Craig has the overall responsibility for managing the practices of all Counsel within Chambers, including Queens Counsel. He maintains a close working relationship with each Member of Chambers and instructing solicitors. His policy has always been to give an open, friendly and efficient service to our professional and lay clients. He is always happy to discuss any matter relating to availability of Counsel, choice of Counsel or fees. He is a Member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks.

Chambers Administrator
Lyndsey Jeavons joined Chambers in 1996. She is responsible for the smooth running of non-clerking systems within Chambers, and is responsible for all aspects of personnel and administrative support. Lyndsey works closely with our Head of Chambers and Treasurer in relation to Chambers Finances.

First Junior and Civil Clerk
Matthew Jones has joined St Ive’s as First Junior, he has a background in Clerking from previous employment. He works closely with the rest of the Clerking team and has taken specific responsibility for clerking the civil practitioners.

In the Senior Clerks absence he takes responsibility for the Clerking team.

Family Clerk
Sarah Robinson joined St Ive’s in 1999 as a Junior Clerk and has progressed to take responsibility for clerking of our family practitioners.

Philip Hidson also joined St Ive’s in 2000 as a Junior Clerk and has progressed to take responsibility for clerking of our criminal practitioners.

Fees Administrator
Sue Nicholls has overall responsibility for the fees collection within Chambers. Sue has worked at St Ive's since 1996 and works closely with Craig our Senior Clerk.

Receptionist
Marlene Gough joined St Ive’s in 1999 and is an excellent receptionist with twenty-five years experience. She is our first point of contact for all our clients and ensures that everyone is made welcome when visiting or contacting a member of Chambers.
