Practice Details :             

Timothy Bowe has extensive experience acting for Local Authorities, Registered Social Landlords and private landlords in housing disputes ranging from possession for non-payment of rent through to serious anti-social behaviour to cases involving claims for disrepair and defective premises.

In addition to possession cases, Mr. Bowe has experience in commercial and residential contractual disputes as well as cases involving injunctive relief under the Housing Act 1996 and committal.

Furthermore, Mr. Bowe has acted for both parties in ASBO cases.

In addition to court work Mr. Bowe has spoken at the SHLA conference on Disability Discrimination and Mental Capacity Act 2005 and is a regular speaker at professional training seminars and conference.
