As part of his general practice in landlord and tenant (business and residential), Matthew has undertaken housing work for landlords and tenants, along with local authorities. Such work has included: possession (including trespass), disrepair, anti social behaviour, homelessness appeals, leasehold enfranchisement, as well as cases involving unlawful evictions and harassment. Matthew has also undertaken work before Lands Tribunal and Registered Homes Tribunal.
