Practice Details :
Jeremy Weston is regularly instructed by Local Authorities, Guardian ad Litems and parents in public and private law Children’s Act applications. He has acted for children and for adults acting under a disability. His cases have involved serious non-accidental injuries, shaken baby syndrome, the death of children, sexual abuse of children and Munchausen’s Syndrome by proxy. He is experienced in all aspects of proceedings in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

He has experience in cases involving proceedings under the Hague Convention and in judicial review proceedings.
Jeremy Weston is regularly involved in giving lectures on all aspects of family law, to other professionals, including the Bar and Solicitors. Additionally, he has been invited by Jordans Publishing Limited to lecture at their Local Authority Childcare Conferences in 2004 and 2005 and at the Family Law Update seminars in 2006.
