Practice Details :
Romilly Edge has a general common law practice
with a particular emphasis on criminal and family law. She is regularly
instructed for both prosecution and defence work including private
prosecutions brought by the local authority and the Department for
Work and Pensions. She is also developing a practice in prison law.
In family matters, Romilly represents Local Authorities, parents
and children’s Guardians in the Family Proceedings Court and
County Court. She undertakes both private and public Children Act
work. Romilly also undertakes cases in relation to general civil
and housing matters.
