The Landlord & Tenant Group and Housing Group have merged to become the Property Law Group. Its aim isto provide a high quality and efficient service covering all aspects of landlord and tenant and housing law.

(e.g. Planning & Environmental, Commercial & Chancery).

Commercial Property: rent reviews; forfeiture; renewals; dilapidations.

Housing: anti-social behaviour; disrepair (both civil and Environmental Protection Act 1990); unlawful eviction and harassment; homelessness; drafting and construction of tenancy agreements.

In addition to litigation relating to tenanted property members advise upon policy and provide training for both landlord and tenant bodies."
