Within
Chambers we have a strong Court Martial Group. Each member will have:
• An ability to fully understand the language
of the forces, which allows soldiers to be spoken to on his/her
own terms.
• An ability to reassure the soldier that his/her way of life
is fully appreciated.
• A working knowledge of the Courts Martial system.
• Experience of successfully defending soldiers at trial.
• The flexibility to travel anywhere in the
world that the forces may convene Courts Martial.
The clerks will always be available to advise and assist in the
appropriate allocation of work.
