Qualifications: LLB (Hons.) DeMontfort University Practice Details : Tony’s specialisms in personal injury include accident at work claims, clinical negligence, occupiers and other public liability and road traffic accidents including fatal accidents. Tony acts on behalf of Defendants and Claimants. and is willing to accept instructions under conditional fee arrangements. Tony has extensive experience of acting in personal injury cases in the County Court and High Court and is liked for his personable approach with clients. As well as presenting cases in court he has a significant paperwork practice and is experienced in drafting complex schedules of special damages, statements of case, and applications including applications to restore companies to the register and to extend limitation. Paperwork can be turned around at very short notice if required and he is always willing to discuss cases over the telephone whether on a formal or informal basis.
