Neil accepts instructions in relation to all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation.
He represents both claimants and defendants at trials and the full range of associated hearings, including applications for summary judgment and other applications, directions hearings and case management conferences.
He has advised on a number of cases involving road traffic accidents, accidents at work and public liability cases.
Neil has advised on cases involving a variety of types of personal injury including scarring, fractures, multiple injuries and psychiatric injury. He routinely advises on and appears in court on fast-track personal injury trials and disposals. He has experience of advising on issues of both liability and quantum and drafting statements of case in all areas and is able to respond quickly to instructions to meet tight deadlines. Neil accepts instructions on behalf of individuals, public and private bodies and is happy to undertake work as part of Conditional-fee Agreements."
