Qualifications: BA (Hons.) Keele University FCI Arb Fellow, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accredited Mediator, Academy of Experts Practice Details : Wide experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation, acting for both Claimants and Defendants; has acted in RTA claims, industrial accidents, health and safety prosecutions, industrial disease claims and Occupiers’ Liability Act claims, including fatal accident claims.
