Practice Details :
His personal injury practice includes both court and advisory work. Most areas are covered including: injuries at work (including asbestos cases), occupiers' liability, highways, RTA (including low velocity impact cases), fatal accident awards and equestrian/Animal Act cases.
As part of his court work both trials and interim/case management hearings are undertaken as appropriate. In relation to advisory work, which includes advising on liability, quantum and procedural/limitation issues, the need for a swift response is appreciated.
He acts for both claimants and defendants and he will undertake suitable CFA work.
