Practice Details :
Adem’s experience of personal injury litigation ranges from appearing at interim hearings (for example, pre-action disclosure and direction hearings) to acting for both claimants and defendants at disposal hearings on the Fast Track.
Adem has attended court on a number of infant settlements, and has experience of arguing both for and against the recovery of Counsel’s fees in relation to such hearings. Further, Adem has appeared in numerous claims involving credit hire and mitigation of loss arguments.
Adem also has experience of appearing in the Social Security Tribunal to appeal decisions refusing benefit in cases involving issues of disability.
In addition to his court work, Adem has experience of advising on quantum following road traffic accidents. He is keen to expand and develop the range of paperwork that he undertakes.
